Customer Service – Level 2

This course is ideal if you're looking to work in a customer-facing role and want to build your understanding of customer service policies, communication methods and professional behaviour. You'll explore how to deliver excellent service, respond to customer needs and handle complaints effectively. The course includes a written assessment and offers a recognised Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. You must complete a short pre-course assessment before joining.


Certificate in Team Leading - ILM Level 2

This nationally recognised qualification is designed for anyone looking to develop practical team leading skills. You’ll explore communication, motivation, delegation, conflict resolution and performance management. The course is ideal if you're stepping into a supervisory role or looking to strengthen your leadership potential. To enrol, you must complete a short assessment and be in employment to complete some assignments.


Microsoft Excel – Basics

Perfect for beginners, this course introduces you to spreadsheets and helps you build confidence using Excel. You’ll learn how to enter and edit data, format content and use simple formulas. You’ll also explore how to print your work and manage worksheets effectively – key skills for admin, finance and office roles.
